A warm welcome to you. We hope you have a wonderful stay in Viksfjord.

This guide is here to make your stay as easy as possible. Most of the house is automated — lights, locks, heating — so there are a few small things worth knowing before you walk through the door.

The two sections to read before you arrive:

• Arrival & digital locks — how to get in and start using the house.
• Lights & automation — lights are motion-driven, switch-overridable, and controllable from a temporary app account we send you.

The rest of the sections explain the amenities: sauna, jacuzzi, whirlpool bath, pool and heating. We fill some of these in as we get to know the house better ourselves — thank you for your patience where things are still drafts.

If something isn't working

Email post@heimvilla.com or message us through Airbnb. We reply as fast as we can, and most per-booking information (access codes, WiFi password, temporary login) will be in the message you received the day before arrival.

A small note: this is a home we own, not a large hotel. If you send us a short "all good!" note one evening, it makes us as happy as it would you to receive one.
