Season

The pool is in use from May to September. Outside that window it's covered and not heated.

In season

• Water is typically kept at 20-25 °C.
• The cover stays on when nobody's swimming — it holds heat and saves power
  • Norwegian Law requires pool to be closed. Call us if you want 24/7 open pool.
• The cover opens and closes manually.

Safety

• Don't leave children unattended near the pool, even with the cover on.
• If you want to dive in, check the shallowest depth first.
• The area around the edge gets slippery after rain.

What can vary

• Hot spell → water may be above target temperature.
• Heavy rain or wind → cover may have water or leaves on it. We clear it between stays.
• Greasy surface = usually sunscreen. Skim once with the net and it's mostly gone.
