What's available

The kitchen is fully equipped for a large family:

• Cooktop and oven.
• Dishwasher.
• Fridge — room for a full week's shopping.
• Basement has a Freezer and a cooler room if you need more space!
• Coffee machine - Mocca Master
• Kettle, toaster.
• Dishware, glasses and cutlery for 12.
• Ice Cream Machine!
• Blender

Spices, oil, salt

We usually leave basic spices, cooking oil and salt. Feel free to use what's there, and replace anything you finish off.

Waste and bottle returns

All waste needs to be sorted and thrown at the end of the entry-road, our garbage cans are the the right.

• Residual waste: regular plastic bags
• Food waste: green bags in the drawer under the sink)
• Paper
• Glass and metal: white can in the hallway
• Bottle returns (pant): take them home or leave them in the hallway (there's a standing round textile bag named "Flasker"

Before checkout

• The dishwasher can run while you leave.
• Fridge: clear out fresh food, keep anything sealed.
• No full cleaning expected — we handle that, but we expect that you leave the house tidy.
