Checkout

We've tried to make checkout easy. You do not need to clean the house — we take care of that.

Before you leave

• Gather your rubbish and put it in (to be filled in — where residual waste goes).
• Start the dishwasher if it's full — you don't need to wait for it to finish.
• Double-check that the whirlpool bath / jacuzzi is turned off (don't drain — we'll do that).
• Close windows, especially in bedrooms and the basement.
• Take all your personal items — a charger or a towel is easy to forget.

Lock up behind you

• Your code expires automatically at 11:00 on checkout day.
• Just pull the main door closed — it locks itself.

Before 11:00

Standard checkout is 11:00. If you need a bit more, message us the night before — if nobody is arriving the next day, a later checkout is usually fine.

After checkout

If you leave something behind, let us know. We can post it to you (you cover the postage) or hold it until your next visit.
