Heating & ventilation
This section is still being written — we'll fill it in as we get to know the house better. Message us if you need to know something specific.

How the house is heated
- Main heat: (to be filled in — heat pump / underfloor heating / combination).
- Extra heat: (to be filled in — fireplace / wood stove, if applicable).
- Ventilation: balanced mechanical ventilation — fresh air in, humid air out.
What you can adjust
- Thermostats in each room. Comfortable range is 20–22 °C.
- Please don't go below 18 °C — we pay the bill anyway, and the house is happier with a steady temperature.
- Windows open in summer is fine. In winter — 10 minutes at a time is plenty.
Fireplace or wood stove
If the house has one available for guests, we'll fill in here: where the firewood is, where kindling is kept, and the usage rules (never leave a lit fire unattended, don't over-stack, etc.).
If something feels cold
- Check the room thermostat first.
- If one radiator is cold while the others are warm → let us know, probably an air pocket we can bleed.
